Dilemma

When I feel like snacking, all I usually find at the snack bar or café are carbohydrates in various forms: pastries, sandwiches, chocolate, cookies—or, at best, a fruit smoothie.

That's boring, sorry!

I'd rather eat something fresh and healthy,
that isn't too filling, doesn't make you gain weight, but is still delicious!

I could do that at home, too...

because it's such a hassle: shopping, peeling, chopping,
making the cream, storing it, packing it, washing dishes
